No, Umrah is a nafilah (voluntary) ibadah and is not obligatory for someone who intends to perform Hajj.

Umrah can be performed at any time of the year when the Saudi Arabian Consulate grants Umrah visas. The only exception is during the designated days of the annual Hajj pilgrimage.

The services you will receive include pre-Umrah seminars, souvenir items, flight tickets, hotel accommodation, breakfast and dinner, comprehensive Hisar health insurance, transfers, guidance service, visits, 3rd and 4th Umrahs, airport services, and for pilgrims on domestic connecting flights with more than 6 hours of layover, we also provide accommodation services.

Payments can be made via PayNow. The schedule is: Deposit: 500 SGD per person (upon registration). First Installment: 1500 SGD (2 months before Umrah). Final Installment: The remaining balance (1 month before Umrah).

Our policy is as follows: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Installment payments are refundable if you cancel more than 45 days before departure. If you cancel 45 days or less before departure, the first installment becomes non-refundable. A no-show for the flight will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

Yes. You can postpone or re-register for another trip without penalty if the request is made more than 100 days before the flight date. You can also transfer your slot to another eligible person if done at least 65 days before departure, subject to any airline name-change fees.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your planned date of return from Saudi Arabia. This is a strict requirement from the Saudi authorities.

Yes, just like every individual traveler, babies also require their own passport and visa application to enter Saudi Arabia.

This depends on your flight path. For groups flying directly to Jeddah, the Ihram is worn at Changi Airport in Singapore, as the Miqat (boundary for Ihram) is crossed mid-flight. For groups flying to Madinah first, the Ihram is worn at your hotel in Madinah before transferring to Makkah.

Saudi Arabia has a hot climate, so light and modest clothing made of cotton or linen is recommended. However, evenings can sometimes be cool, especially during winter months, so it's a good idea to bring a light jacket or cardigan.

The baggage allowance for flights is 30 kg for checked luggage. The hand luggage allowance is 8 kg.

Yes, they can go for Umrah after receiving approval from their doctors. It is mandatory that they are accompanied by a caregiver. There are established healthcare centers in Saudi Arabia for routine treatments, and Hajj and Umrah pilgrims can benefit from these services free of charge.

Not all specific brands of medication may be available. While equivalent medications can often be obtained, we strongly advise you to bring an adequate supply of your routine medication, along with a doctor's prescription, to last for the entire duration of your trip.

While it is possible, please note that Umrah is physically demanding and presents logistical challenges for those with limited mobility. Pilgrims must be prepared for the following:

• Wheelchair Services: Paid wheelchair assistance is available at the Holy Mosques provided by local workers. This is a third-party service completely separate from our agency. However, our tour leader can provide guidance on locating these services. The cost is borne entirely by the pilgrim, and availability cannot always be guaranteed.
• Transportation Strictness: Our group transfers are conducted exclusively by bus. If a pilgrim is physically unable to board the bus (e.g., unable to climb steps), they must travel via private taxi to follow the group. In such cases, the full cost of private transport is the pilgrim's responsibility.

Absolutely. We have an experienced team on the ground in Saudi Arabia, including a regional coordinator, reception and farewell staff, hotel coordinators, and guidance personnel to assist you throughout your journey.

Due to the challenging conditions in Saudi Arabia, providing dedicated female staff members is difficult. However, the wives of our accompanying male staff members assist in these roles to support our female pilgrims.

As part of our package, Hisar Travel gifts each pilgrim 5 litres of Zamzam water. Airline regulations typically restrict carrying additional amounts, but we can assist you for a fee if you wish to purchase more.

Due to security reasons, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has prohibited traveling to Umrah by road for pilgrims arriving from most countries.
