This noble mosque is located between Mecca and Ta’if. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) entered into the state of Ihram for Umrah at this mosque on the twelfth Wednesday of the month of Dhul-Qadah in the eighth year after the Hijrah (migration). It is narrated from Prophet Muhammad (SAW) that seventy prophets have also entered into the state of Ihram for Umrah and performed it from this blessed place.
