Passport:
a) Must be valid for at least 1 year from the flight date, with a residence permit validity of at least 1 year.
b) At least 2 consecutive empty pages in the passport’s visa section are required (Visa will be applied). (Additionally, it is advised to take photocopies of important passport pages before submitting it for visa processing.)
c) If your residence permit is in ID card format, the original must also be sent along with other documents.
One passport-size photo with a white background. (Write your name and date of birth on the back of the photos!)
A health report from a doctor and a certificate indicating that you have received the Meningitis (Meningokokken ACWY 135 Y) vaccine. The doctor’s report must include the date of the Meningitis vaccination and bear the doctor’s seal and signature. This is mandatory by the consulate for visa issuance.
Vaccination Card (Yellow, Internationale Impfpass) (The Ministry of Hajj might require Corona vaccination due to epidemic diseases.)
