Most of us had problem making attempts for Nusuk to enter Raudah. Alhamdullilah Aamin Ya'rabulalamin with their capabilities, we managed to enter and had our Suboh prayer inside .

We travelled with Hisar Travel for our Umrah from 17–28 September, with Ustaz Syihab as our guide. Alhamdulillah, everything was organised smoothly throughout the entire journey.

A special thank you to Ustaz Syihab for being extremely patient with all of us. He is very easy-going, understanding, and never made us feel rushed or pressured to strictly follow the schedule. He always gave us enough time and made the whole journey feel comfortable and enjoyable.

Ustaz Syihab is also very knowledgeable in Islam, especially in Sirah Nabi. We learned so much from his explanations and sharing throughout our Umrah journey.

Overall, we had a wonderful and meaningful experience with Hisar Travel. Thank you to Ustaz Syihab and the Hisar team for taking such good care of us. May Allah reward everyone involved and bless you for helping make our Umrah journey a memorable one. 🤲🏻❤️

Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In Sha Allah, we will definitely be back again! ❤️

Alhamdulillah our Umrah trip with Hisar Travel on June 16 2026 went very well. Our mutawwif Ustaz Amir was especially knowledgeable and kind. He led us for morning tahajjud and tazkirah everyday at Mecca & Madinah and that really enriched our overall experience. So grateful to be able to do 3 Umrahs and really appreciate the change to a closer hotel in Mecca. Staying at Safwah tower made a lot of difference and help us go to and from the mosque so much easier! The Umrah classes were very comprehensive, the main one was conducted in Eng and they had a special one only for ladies. I would definitely recommend Hisar Travel to my family & friends! Alhamdulillah.

As a first timer at Hisar travel , we had a good location for the hotel and the mosques. Rooms and food are good and the itenary programs gives us opportunity to travel and see all the location of prophets places and all the mosques and do our prayers. The mutawwif is very helpful and always make sure all the elderly are taken care of. At 4 in the morning those who wish to do fajr suboh he will accompany us to a good location. We had completed all the 3 umrahs alhamdulillah. We are able to wakaf alquran or chairs with the help of the diligent mutawwif. I have no regrets having Hisar travel as my next Haj or Umrah destination . Hope to travel again with Hisar Travel Insha Allah.

Alhamdulillah, it was a good & pleasant experience as this was our 1st umrah with Hisar. Even though there were minor hiccups here & there, the mutawwif handled it professionally. We planned but Allah is the best planner. We were given enough time for both free & easy & organised outings.

Great experience from start till end, Ustaz Emir have been very helpful, kind, calm, accommodating to all our enquiries. Service throughout was great from flights to hotels stay, food, transportation, transfers etc. All have been done professionally. I really reconnmend Hisar travel to anyone who wants to do Umrah or even travel with this agency. You'll be surprised to see Hisar groups from other parts of the world when you are in Madinah and Makkah which means they are actually a big global company.

We are very satisfied with the overall experience. Ustaz Suheyr guided us professionally and patiently throughout, despite how exhausting the entire process must have been. We are also grateful to Ustaz Irfan and Ustaz Doni for helping to clarify our uncertainties along the way.

As first-timers, the experience was made easy and reassuring with clear and consistent guidance. Performing the tawaf and sa‘ie felt manageable with the constant instructions via the transmitters, and we never felt lost at any point. Alhamdulillah.

The hotels were clean and beautiful. While there is some room for improvement in terms of hotel locations, these were not dealbreakers.

We especially appreciated the additional information and sirah shared prior to each religious site visit, as well as the flexibility built into the itinerary. Thank you for the experience!
